If you need a new password sent to you, you can have one sent to your email address.

Type in your user name and the email address that was registered with your account, and the new password will be sent to that email address.

You can then log in and change your password to something else.

Note: If you have a student account, and do not have an email address registered under your account, you must ask your instructor to reset your password for you.
