Q) I can't log in to ClassMarker.

A) To be able to log you must have cookies enabled. If you have forgotten your password, see the Forgotten password page.

Also make sure your web browser is not remembering an old (saved) password. If it does, you should clear your browser passwords and then log in again.

If you have a student account and you do not have your email address registered with ClassMarker, you must ask your teacher to reset your password. ClassMarker will not reset and send passwords for student accounts. Teachers/Instructors can reset student passwords via the administer learners pages.

Q) I have requested emails from ClassMarker but am not receiving them.

A) Please check your spam and deleted messages folders in case your email service is treating the emails as spam.

If you have still not received them, this means emails from classmarker.com are being blocked by your emails network.

Solution: Check with your systems administrator and ask them to add classmarker.com to their email system's 'white list' (this will then allow classmarker emails to be delivered to you).

Yahoo, Hotmail and Gmail accounts have no problems receiving emails from ClassMarker.

Q) I have used the 'Forgotten Password' form but have not received my new password.

A) When you submit the form you should see a message saying your new password has been sent. If you do not receive an email after this, please check your spam and deleted messages folders in case the email has been filtered by your email spam protection settings. Ensure your email software is set to accept emails from ClassMarker.com.

Q) I've forgotten my password.

A) Go to Forgotten password to request a new password via email. Ensure your email software is set to accept emails from ClassMarker.com to ensure they are not filtered by spam protection.

Q) My images are not showing.

A) This will happen when the file path (link) you add for your image is not correct. Generally the link should end in .jpg .gif or .png. Double check the file path you have used by copying and pasting it to your browser’s address bar. This will test whether the image will show in the browser on its own.
