Assigning via Groups:

Group Members will log in to the ClassMarker.com website where they can access Tests or surveys you have assigned to their Group.

Each Group member can be a member of multiple Groups.

  1. Go to the Tests section via any of the available links on your Dashboard page.

  2. Expand the Test or survey you want to assign and click Assign.

  3. On the Assign screen select the 'Assign To Group' button.

  4. Choose the Group you would like to assign your Test or survey to and select 'Next'.

    If you haven't created a Group before please see the Creating Groups section.

  5. Define your Settings and select 'Save changes'.

    View more Settings available to you when assigning Tests and surveys.

  6. Congratulations! You can now inform your users their assignment is ready to take.
  7. You can also edit the Assigned settings at any time to change how the Test or survey is given.

Change Assigned Settings in a Group

You can change the assigned settings for a Test or survey at any time.

Changes will take affect immediately for the next user.

  • Go to your Groups page.

  • Select the row for the Group to expand it and select 'Settings' next to the Test or survey.

  • Make your change and select 'Save' at the bottom of the page.

    • Unassigning Tests or Surveys from Groups

    You can select to make a Test or survey unavailable (In the assigned settings) , or Unassign it from a Group completely.

    1. Go to your Groups page.

    2. Select the row for the Group to expand it and select 'Settings' next to the Test or survey.
