On this page:

Deleting Results

Choose to delete individual user results one-by-one, or remove an entire Group or Link's results at one time.

Note: Deleting is permanent, we recommend exporting results to keep an offline copy first.

Delete by Individual:

  1. Go to your Tests, Groups or Links section and select the 'Results' button.

  2. Your Test taker's Results Report will open showing their selected Answers.

  3. Select 'Delete'

  4. You will receive a warning that deleting results is permanent. Please note that deleted results cannot be retrieved. Select 'OK'.

  5. Your individual result has been deleted

Delete Group/Links Results:

  1. Go to your Tests, Groups or Links section and select the 'Results' button.

  2. From the 'Actions' button found in the top right-hand corner of the results table select 'Delete options'.

  3. Follow the instructions to 'Permanently' Delete Results.

  4. Your results will now be deleted Permanently.
